- Free entrance for visitors in a wheelchair and visitors with visual impairments
- Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs
On-site usage
- Scan your smartphone ticket directly at the entrance
- Guide maps are available in multiple languages, request yours at the Aquarium’s Information Desk upon arrival
After your visit
- Bags larger than 12x12x12 inches won’t be permitted, with the exception of diaper bags and carriers for medical supplies
- Lockers and complimentary storage for larger bags are available, but no coat check
- Bags, strollers etc. are subject to inspection
